If the parents are divorced

If there is shared parental authority by both parents, the above points remain unchanged.

When there is the matter of a parent who does not have authority, the following applies:

• the parent with authority (depending on the age of the child) receives the login data for the file
• the parent with authority has a duty to provide information to the parent without authority and we assume that the authoritative parent will fulfill his/her information obligation.

Unless:
The child himself objects to supplying the information (Dutch Civil Code art. 377c) and then a personal assessment must be made.

Only 1 email address can be linked to a file. You may share the login details of the file. 

If sharing is difficult for certain reasons, you can also create an email address in the name of your child, so that all notifications go there.
