Complaints procedure

If you are not satisfied with MijnPlanOnline, notify us of your objection or complaint! This enables us to improve the service to you and to other clients. Complaints may be reported up to three months after the event.

You can make your objection or complaint known in two different ways:

  • First, we ask you to report your problem / complaint to the employee in question. Perhaps this person has no idea that you are not satisfied and will improve the situation as soon as he / she is made aware of it. In many cases, the problem can be solved like this.
